Frack Sand - Dry Processing Plant
Description: New frack sand processing plant built over four phases with two new distribution terminals.
Phase 1: comprised the gas fired dryer, dust collection system, screening equipment, and initial storage facilities.
Phase 2: included a barge unloading system
Phase 3 and 4: added storage capacity

Scope: Dryer, Dust Collection System, Screen, Storage Silos, Barge Unloading System, material demolition, civil/foundation installation, steel supply & erection, crane support, mechanical equipment installation, piping construction, insulation, and electrical construction.
New Quarry Construction
Description: IIC installed a new quarry processing system (crushers, screens, belt conveyors, and storage silos for the material) for TPS.

Scope: engineering, foundation construction, steel erection, equipment installation, and all piping construction necessary to complete the project.
Rare Earth Metals Mining Plant
Description: IIC constructed a rare earth metals mining facility ship as container modules. Designed to easily be assemble and disassembled to move site to site. IIC has completed assemblies and dismantling's for the owner.

Scope: Erect and assemble the modules per design, piping, electrical, crane assistance. During dismantling, Irondale provided crane and trucking assistance to move to next site.
